Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can request a return via email.

For eligible Northgate Bags, Trays and Cabinets, you have up to 7 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

Items ineligible for a return include:

• Used or damaged wheels on bags and cabinets

• Used or damaged telescoping handles on bags

• Used or damaged handles on bags

• Used or damaged shoulder-straps on bags

• Used or damaged zipper on bags

• Used or damaged cover (lid) on trays

• Used or damaged liners in trays and cabinets

* Please remember to return ALL items associated with your purchase in order to receive a refund.

How to Return?

To return your item(s) to Northgate, email us with your name, date of purchase and purchased order number.

Note: please attach separately, a photograph of the damaged product, only when the item you've purchased is defective upon receiving.

Next, our returns department will respond back with your RMA number, please attach it with your boxed item's address label to the outside of your return box.

If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with the packing slip. We recommend using the original packaging if you are returning a bag or cabinet.

Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund and send you a Return Receipt confirmation email.

When to contact Northgate?

If you do not receive a RMA number, or the item you've received is incorrect or damaged, contact Northgate Store Customer Service at 1-800-678-9118.

Northgate Store Customer Service representatives are available Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST).

If you're having trouble with a Northgate product outside of Northgate's 7 day return policy, please contact us directly via email and we will respond back to you promptly.


Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. There will be a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee deducted from all refunds.

Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within ten business days of receipt of the returned package.

Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Cash and check payments will be refunded in the form of a check from Northgate, which will be mailed to your billing address within twenty calendar days of receipt of the returned package.
